Playlist | Trip-Hop

With its rippling bass lines, pulsing percussion and influences of soul, funk and jazz, trip-hop – the sub-genre of electronica originating in Bristol in the early 90s – is to this day, one of the most popular examples of experimental music. From Portishead and Massive Attack to Naked Funk and Earthling, trip-hop is a seismic adventure all its own.

To celebrate the genre in all its brilliance, TGA curates some of our favourite tracks, which are the perfect companion to this miserable, rainy Saturday.  Enjoy.
