Premiere | Actual Crimes

TGA bring you the premiere of the new video from pop-punk powerhouse, Actual Crimes.

Their track ‘I Don’t Want To See’ is a scuzzy, fuzzy slice of thrashing punk goodness. According to the band it’s “a broken-hearted power-pop mourn-a-long about having difficult emotional responses to everyday sights and sounds.”

The visual to accompany the track features live footage and film of the band, and you lucky, lucky people can get the first glimpse of the video below.

One for fans of Sleater Kinney and Blonde Redhead, Actual Crimes were formed in 2013 by Aaron Batley and Kirsty Fife, with second bass player Ruth Mair joining last year. Check our Introducing piece which features an interview with the DIY trio here.

Their new record Ceramic Cat Traces was recorded in just two days and will be released on August 20 via For The Sake of Tapes, a new cassette-based label set up by members of Wolf Girl.

Pre-orders are available at https://forthesakeoftapes.bandcamp.com now.

Live dates
August 20 – Montague Arms, London w/ Witching Waves, Big Joanie, The Ethical Debating Society, Giant Burger, Wolf Girl & Party Traitor
